Heirloom Christmas Mantle

Hi!
My Christmas decoration is almost finished, but as a tardition I started by decorating my mantle, even before my tree is up...oh well, this is me :)

I love to change it from year to year, but for some years now, reardless of the stye I use, I try to incorporate a bit of history, so I use my grandmothers beautiful english china bowl.  passed to my mom and she passed it to me. For those who follow my blog,  you  know how much I love all things old and vintage.
Lots of my inspiration to use vintage pieces  come from Chairish and their absolutely beautiful and unique pieces. Worth checking them out, their "vinatge furniture" is pure eye candy!

I love the colour and the clean lines.
All i do is fill it with shiny ornaments.

And because I live so far away from my family, this touch certainly brings me closer to them this special time of the year, love it!
Merry Christmas to one and all!

For a year now I have been , no pun intended, hooked by crocheting and knitting. And for some months I have been hooked to upcycling fur.
I added these pruducts to the fascinators I sell on my Etsy shop and I must say  just ove them.
Just take an old fur coat or stol, rip it off and re use it in all its beauty.

These are my last ones, so tres chic:)
