Repurposing a Cascade container

Hi!

In a hopeful attempt to control a "monster" (the ever growing scary quantity of plastic bags hanging around, loose and lost under my kitchen sink) .

I came up with this amazingly simple reuse craft. By the way, the Cascade container was right there, in the same spot, just hidden under a pile of...plastic bags! lol

 It even has the cutting spot already marked for me!

 The ugly elastic was necessary to keep the lid in place when I pull the bag; well, makes it work perfectly !

I must say, it fits "loads" of it. The ones that do not fit I simply  won't keep.
