Rainbow Party Loot Bag

I have many of these paper bags available as I bought tons last year for my craft fairs.
So I decided to use them somehow and not spend more $ to buy new colourful bags.
But  the party is a rainbow themed one...we need colours, uh?

 What I did:

I cut the handles, punched a circle to be filled in with the little mini rainbow notebook I made with scrapbook paper. Very simple but adds the rainbow to the 

bag!
