In order to keep things cute in the baby boy shower decor I helped with, I made these cimole but cute cupcake toppers.
Colorful scrapbook paper, wire, glue is all you need.
Semicircle is the bottom part of the carriage.
The other half circle cut in half again with a edge scissor gives you the top of the baby carriage.
A curled piece of wire is you very needed handle.
Oh, we need wheels...buttons, for sure!

You just keep adding one more level of cuteness!!! Again, I will ask the question, WHY don't you go into the event planning business?!
