Wall mural for a little girl

Hi!

Sofia is a big girl now, going to grade 1, has has own study desk and I decided to give her a wall board, for little notes, etc.

Turned out so cute!

Found this one at Vallue Village for 3.99. It had an old cork board and I removed it. After some sanding, I gave it 2 coats of white spray paint. And some sanding for an old look.Always:)

These new cork squares as from the dollar store and they fit perfectly!!

To personalize the piece, I put Sofia's face on it.

Black Sharpie did the job. I wanted to use Sharpie PAINT pen, as I did here, but could not find it in da house. Oh,well, it worked anyways.

 I love this fabric I found at Fabricville! So "school" related, uh?
