It is beginning to look a lot like....

Hi!
I know that we are still a long way from Christmas ( maybe not!??!), so I decided to give my kitchen just a little tiny "touch" of it. After all, here in Canada Thanksgiving happens earlier than in the US, so what can  do? Be ready for Christmas, yeah!
This took me a ridiculously small amount of time, which I love!
I had a ice wine that I loved and had kept for some crafty idea..
..so I came up with this.

All I used was a string of invisible thread to attach the dollar store ornaments and it was ready, please, do not  laugh at how simple this is!

It is on my stove now, I love the elegant lines in this bottle and the dressy neck.

DIY Anti-Drip Popsicle Holder

Hi!
I have had these for  while now, so I decided to post here just to showcase an easy and very very efficient way to prevent those nasty sticky drops that inevitably ( at least with my child) happen  when a little hand is holding a popsicle.
There are hand full of gadgets out there...like these...

nice, cute, colourful, but..what pay for them when you can have this?
FREE, EASY and  READY IN 12 SECONDS! AND NO SHIPPING INVOLVED!
You can use almost any lid that you can cut!

Caramel dip lid...

Yogurt lid...

And you know... those smoothie lids from McDonald's come in very handy as well, "pre-cut"!

And believe me , they work!
